Brian Was Once Bumped But Has Been Redeemed

As previously reported, Brian M. Frange, good comedian, was bumped from a Comedy Caravan show in Louisville, KY earlier this week. Since the most recent reports, Brian has been redeemed by receiving a slot to perform on Sunday August 17th.

Brian is scheduled to perform at the Comedy Caravan's "Unprotected Sets" which is scheduled to begin at 10:00p.m. The show is described by the club's web site as a show where "Comics of all experience levels, from amateurs to seasoned professionals, step on stage to experience Louisville's latest comedy phenomenon." Brian Gets Bumped from Show in Louisville

Brian M. Frange, pictured above, eats a Subway sandwich. Unbeknownst to him, one year later he would be bumped from a show.

Brian M. Frange, known by hundreds, was scheduled to perform at Comedy Caravan on Thursday August 14th before being bumped by so-called 'better' comedians.

Tens of people were invited, two agreed to attend, and Brian M. Frange was polishing his set just two days before his debut at the renowned Comedy Caravan in Louisville, KY when he learned via e-mail that his performance slot had been bumped. "I wasn't too surprised. Not many people know who I am at all." explained Brian M. Frange clearly shaken by the news.

"It's what you have to expect when you're just starting out. You're gonna get bumped all the time. The fact is you don't get any control over when you get stage time until you can sell out a place based on name recognition." explained comedian Patton Oswalt in an unrelated interview. Read More...
